Return Policy:

Our return policy only includes headpieces.

Custom made, special order, clearance headpieces and all other items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled after ordering. All sales are final. You must provide before ordering headprieces an original invitation of wedding event date.

Our headpieces are triple inspected, logged and photographed before shipping for quality assurance.

Client must notify immediately upon receipt of headprice for approval and authorization number. Upon approval, item must be shipped and postmarked no later than 3 days after receipt of item.

Returns will not be accepted without authorization number. Returned headpieces must be in original condition, with original tag attached, unworn, in original postal package and wrapping with a copy of original invoice.

Rush order shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and subject to a 25% total price restocking fee and charge back shipping cost.
